The evil Obama DOJ- Protecting your freedom to record police

Hopefully you are aware that since the early Bush years there has been growing belief among police that that filming them doing their job (or violating the law themselves) is a crime. And that they have the right to take and or destroy your recording equipment, and arrest you.

Well, Obama and his evil Department of Justice have sent out a letter to police affirming citizens right to video, audio, or photo record police. And clearly stating that taking their cameras or recording equipment, or arresting them, without a search warrant and full due process- is a violation of their fourth, and fourteenth amendment rights.

Pretty amazing move for a man so many on the far right claim is in the process of instiuting martial law…

About drugsandotherthings

I am a criminal. Because I have used cannabis and psychedelics extensively. I have tried many other drugs, but never cared for the uppers, downers, or dissociatives. I love craft beer, and absinthe, but don't care much for alcohols effects- which quite frankly, are boring and dangerous. Science is my religion. I am in my 40's, and have travelled extensively. And often forced myself outside of my confort zone. I am employed, a respected member of my communtiy, an animal lover, an environmentalist, a political junkie, and the realities I have experienced continue to push me further to the left of the political spectrum.
